REUNION GIVING UPDATE
1960 Capital Fund Campaign
We are making progress, but have a ways to go!

How can you help? Three easy ways for you to make last-minute capital gifts:
1. If Wheaton is already in your estate plan, contact Katherine McKay at 508-286-3459 and let her know.
2. Name Wheaton as beneficiary of a life insurance policy, an IRA or 401(k). Giving IRAs or 401(k) through your estate is a great way to pass those assets on WITHOUT paying federal or state income tax or estate tax on them.
3. Establish a charitable gift annuity. You give the college a gift of cash or securities (the minimum is $10,000), and you get a charitable deduction and an income for life. The current rate for a 71-year- old is 5.8% and is fixed for the rest of your life. The beneficiary can be just you, or you and your spouse, or another person that you want to help.
Here is where you can leave a long term legacy to Wheaton through your estate, your IRA and your securities.
* Touch a student's life by providing scholarship money.
* Provide funds for the bricks and mortar of a building
* Endow a program in your area of expertise.
Leave your mark on Wheaton's future and become a Founders Society Member.
1960 Wheaton Fund Campaign
Five of your classmates have contributed a total of $250,000 as a Class Challenge!

Support our challengers who stretched the amount of their gifts as an incentive for the class to give generously. Our class already has the reputation of being a "can-do" class. Let's live up to that reputation. Your gift to the Wheaton Fund (formerly known as the Annual fund) gives immediate support to Wheaton's highest priorities and most important inniatives.
